Returns and Refunds

1. Deadline

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to request a return.

2. Conditions

The product must be:

● Unused

● In its original packaging

● With all its accessories

3. How to request a return

Include:

● Name

● Order number

● Reason for return

We will reply within 24–72h.

4. Return costs

The customer assumes shipping costs, except if:

● The item is defective

● The product does not match the order

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3–14 days after receiving the product.

If the order was cash on delivery, we will ask for your bank account number to process the

refund.
